This article relates and supports my argument because it covers the benefits of breast-feeding. Breastfeeding is very nutritional for a mother and infant, however some women are unable to breastfeed due to many different issues such as low milk supply or the baby is unable to latch properly. Even though studies have shown that breastmilk is best, a mother should not have guilt for not being able to breastfeed.
